N.E.W. Ales
Falconer's Flight Pale Ale (6.0% ABV)
This pale ale is full of hoppy, tropical flavors featuring artwork and beer that was designed and brewed as a collaboration to celebrate the 2022 Hops in the Hanger event in Middletown, OH. And it’s back for 2023!
Flippin’ Fruit Tart Plum Sour (5% ABV)
Sweet, but also with an acidic spark, Flippin’ Fruit Tart Plum Sour gives a punch that is the best of both worlds. This refreshingly, light beer gives just the right amount of sweetness and tartness to satisfy during those hot summer days.

B-Man's Lager
5% ABV 11 IBU
This American Lite Lager was brewed in honor of Bill Smith, a close family friend who passed away from Lymphoma. A portion of the proceeds from this beer will be donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. This beer is intended to be an easy drinker on those hot summer days.
KiloVolts IPA
Imperial / Double New England / Hazy 7.5% ABV 32 IBU
Brewed with five different hops, Mosaic takes center stage in this bright and hazy, full-bodied beer. KiloVolts is loaded with tropical fruit flavors, as well as a light pine bitterness, courtesy of a two pound double dry hop. Its quick, crisp bitterness and soft mouthfeel are sure to keep you wanting more.

We know some days can look dreary in Dayton, so we crafted a beer that brings a little sunlight to Dayton no matter the weather outside. Using only the delightful Citra Hop, this pale ale has some bitterness but loads of tasty hop flavors. A citrus explosion hits you in the nose, followed by flavors of bright orange, grapefruit and mango.

No, it doesn't stand for "In Search Of" Heaven. Named after the ISO-Alpha acids and the characteristic beer bitterness that hops provide. This classic American style IPA is dry hopped with Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Columbus hops. It has citrus, floral, pine and spice notes in a light gold medium body ale.

The Method of Edge Waves In The Physical Theory of Diffraction is the fundamental mathematic basis for stealth aircraft engineering, namely creating weird shaped planes that avoid radar detection. Living as a tangential application for stealth and reconnaissance that is exhibited by our core IPA series of SR-71 themed beers, this beer will sneak up on you with it's dark malty tones of roast and candied sweetness, and leave you with a hop bitterness on the backside that present and pleasant.
